Allowing for ramp up, fine tuning etc you would think they need to get shovels in the ground soon - do people think we will see a spike when that is announced?
I might have a look at old mates past "successes" and see if I can get some insight into how things are timed given its not his first rodeo.... I had a solid and rewarding sell target on this stock based on the September deadline but have been looking to revise the target since the delay was announced. GLTAH
