How unpredictable is the iron ore price? Most analysts had it at low US$40/tonne for 3-4 years and it could still go back there. And who knows what the price will be in 5 years which is the construction period for the project. But today if you use and believe Sundance's numbers there is a cash surplus of US$1.7 billion for 15 years. No reason not to believe the numbers as they cost the shareholders US$225M. So we are seeing the share price rise from 0.3-0.4 cents to 0.5-0.6 cents. Something must happen!
