IMO grade is the secondary problem, biggest issue is that it is very far. It will cost $bns(I read $3.5b on the news, dunno where that figure came from) to build a 600km rail to this mine, I much prefer AGO save the money and pay it out as dividend. Who knows what the iron ore price would be few yrs later when the rail is completed, too risky.
