The problem with a lot of minerals is that other countrys can get the product on the shelf cheaper.
This is mainly due to cheaper labour.
The thing with iron ore its all machinery more than man power,and when it comes to machinery and tecnology the aussies are world leaders.
AGO is just an infant with many years ahead.
The purchase from DEG is a small fortune in iron ore itself.
A little rise in the iron ore price and this will get its well deserved rerating.
