expect the PMI to be flat or down a tad due to Chinese shut down for the new year holiday.
that number will not be a reflection on the real situation, and most know that.
When the fist quarter id behind us then its all on the move again.
China keeps thing just as they want. They are balancing growth with major reforms that will beneficent the world.
