FMG created in July 2003. First shipment loaded in 15 May 2008 from Cloudbreak mine. Destined for China.
There could be more, but I found one such case of a share price rally proceeding a "becoming a substantial holder" announcement.
And that was on 11 August 2004, JP Morgan. Subsequent rally was a 1000% gain. 0.55/0.05=11.
So, yeah, seems to be some evidence of large gains after people do a substantial holding.
Yes, this thing can shoot the lights out from here.
But of course it is all going to be "from hindsight".
Unless you are in it to win it - At this time, I think it is better odds than tattslotto for sure.
