Are people not worried that FMG is only a couple of dollars on spot price away from digging ore up at a loss? Magnify this by it's output and it's really worrying. Nothing falls in a straight line and I think the flash PMI saved FMG from new lows. To me this seems more like a short than long play.
Rio is a must safer option for iron ore leverage. What happens if iron ore goes sub 70? Ouch
