I was short on FMG twice today and
long on FMG twice today.
I made money on each trade!
I think you will find most people who trade
FMG are concerned about the Iron Ore
price.
Others just blindly buy or hold hoping &
praying that the future will work out.
It is a good trading stock because of its
volatility.
IMO you would be better off at the casino
then going long term, long on FMG.
I sincerely hope it works out for you but
whether you like it or not the long term future
of FMG is clearly riding on the Iron Ore price
and no one knows what's going to happen.
We do know that the Iron Ore price is $68.60/dmt US
which according to Nev Power on a recent interview
with the ABC is lower their all in production cost price.
We also know that following a big fall in the Iron Ore
price last night the futures price is still dead in the
water.
So perhaps you should be worried.
