If we see stabilization its fine, if it tracks higher good, if it drops another US$10 then thats fantastic because both VALE 1st and FMG 2nd become non profitable shipped to China.
Can you see the later happening ? pigs arse!
So lets picture a price war were the Fe price drops to $50/t. FMG are still cash flow +ve, VALE' scratching their head. BHPB has no margin left in ore and RIO' making almost $10/t
unless we see wages drop by 50% I don't see FMG in a bother.
So unlike a few on this thread that portray themselves as almost "moses" like with there "i come to bring a balanced view" approach BS story line, DYOR
