    the Dirty low Q IO mines in CHINA that are NOT SHUTTING down ..are the real Problem for OZ and the IO price ..If the Chines Gov let real market forces take hold.. The china mines would close down 4 ever ..Reducing Pollution drivers in those cities near steel mills too.

    the Chinese Gov must choose between .. Cheap local IO and Clean Air for its cities

    If clean Air is a must ..Steel mills will re open in China ...using imported IO Only.
