In the alst few weeks the Chinese seem to have changed course with respect to stimulus/infrastructure projects and have made major announcements, apart from the Silk Road Project and the new China, Laos, Thai,Malaysia to Singapore Railway,

Add to the that the change in regulations for the housing industry, it seems that they are keen to ensure that the economy does not falter and want to maintain growth.

This bodes well for IO, noit just yet but towards the end of the year.

It may just enough to soak up most of the oversupply and allow IO price to recover somewhat even if it gets back up to $65.0mt - $7.0mt
