Imo fmg has held up better than expected over the past weeks. It has given a good opportunity for the longs to get out and still preserve some of their cash.
The final wake up call came when twiggy, in utter desperation called for a cap to try and force back up prices.
Rio and Bhp know that fmg are on the ropes now. The io price is about to crash through the 50 dollar level, and that will finally destroy any residual positive sentiment left in the market.
Fmg now need to make some very painful decisions if they are to survive. Good luck to them.
