You may well be right Andy, I base my theory on the fact
that every time the Chinese and the US {This time it's the EU}
have injected large scale stimulus there has been about
six months lag time for it to effect IO demand.
I guess one reason why I may be wrong is we haven't had VALE,
BHP, RIO and GINA pumping another 300/mt into the market in
a short space of time before. Certainly wouldn't be worth betting
on long term!
