You can LOL as much as you like. It all depends what it costs AGO to deliver to port via road.
I don't have costings.
If the cost is $12 per/t via road and FMG rail is $8, example,
multiply 12 MT by $8 and both win.
$96 million (example) profit should at least cover some interest costs and keep the wheels spinning for a long time.
