Actually discount for FMG is closer to 20.00%. BHP derives over 50.00% of earnings from IO. sure there grade is better (62.00% fe), but as they produce around 250.0mt p.a., each $1.00 decline in the IOP, is costing $250.00 loss, irrespective of the ore grade they mine & ship.
