Hockey should threaten to bring back a resources tax
What is needed is a dialogue to be forced on the miners to make them act responsibly
The constant reporting of more ore to come on stream is having an affect on IOP. Sentiment plays a big role
Hockey may be able to give them a way out and they can save face, without having to admit that they all got it wrong (Chinese mine closures etc..)
Or we can all sit back and watch Chiba Inc. protect their industries irrespective f the fact their ore is of the lowest grade and their costs are so high that, they should have exited the market by now
