here in Australia!
If they are breaking the rules the TAX office will make them pay and penalise them!

If the Government wants more money from them, all they have to do is legislate for it.
It's the Governments responsibility not the mining Companies.
It is the Mining Companies responsibility to pay as little TAX as legally possible!
