Tax evasion is what it is, they are breaking the laws and have admitted to it, what's your point.

They are breaking the rules and now that they have been caught will pay, operative word is being caught out
Why don't you cheat on your tax return and blame the government?
Most people that are on salaries have their tax deducted at time of receipt
Corporations and businesses report at year end and pay on what they declare, if audited they maybe liable to pay more
If not caught out then they just got away with it and snub the government and we mere mortals that pay @ 49.00%
The tax office has not enough resources to audit all companies, in any event the large corporations can afford the best tax specialists ( white collar criminals) money can buy to set up elaborate rax structures set up only to avoid paying tax
