I wouldn't put Costello in the same club as Howard re: retrospective Laws!
It is something Howard was clearly uncomfortable with or at least that is what he wrote in his memoirs. However there is no excuse for his behaviour, it was despicable!
It sets a precedent also, imagine if your Crazy friends in the Greens got control of our Government and all the retrospective Laws they are likely to pass.
Investing in FMG would almost certainly land you Jail under future retrospective
Laws the Greens may implement.
It won't matter if you sell out now and your excuse that you didn't know mining was
wrong won't cut it!
