If someone is shorting they are not holding stock!
If someone trades FMG they may not hold any stock overnight!
If someone is trading FMG through derivatives they don't hold stock whether they are long or short!
It's more than likely one of the above is case for the posters you mention and that doesn't mean they
don't have a genuine interest in the stock!
