The amount of stimulus in the pipeline is starting to look like a replay of the 2009 pump priming that ultimately drive the spot price to $190/T.

Plenty of stimulus (from that $4 Trilion war chest). China is highly anxious of the soft economy leading to unemployment, social unrest and ultimately threat to the regime. Many say the 1989 Tiananmen incident was more to do with deteriorating economy, inflation, corruption and other livelihood social issues rather than a fight for democracy as portayed by the West (for thier own agenda).
