Vale sure isn't now going to engineer a 16 year price slump to it's share price by taking advice from MacroBusiness and start glutting the market. The S15D project looks like with simply displace other of Vale's higher-cost, less-efficient and lower-grade mines as they said they would depending on the IO price.
Brazil's economy is stuffed and it even needs IOP to rebound as much as Australia's banana republic basket case finances.
