And it will climb because the re-stocking has only just started.
And I always suspect the Chinese IO inventory stockpile is a lot lower than the BS propaganda would have us believe.....you know those BS articles where some anonymous IO trader in Shanghai or Tianjin says the end of the world is near....and when prices do rise they always insist that it can't be sustained because the Big3 just keeping flooding the market.
And it will climb because the re-stocking has only just started....
