FMG has been over-punished, especially when they are implementing huge cost reduction to achieve a break-even spot price of US$39/dmt.
(Although I expect their break even spot price would be around US$42/dmt with taking into accounts rising oil and AUD. Then spot price would be recovering at high end around US$70/dmt. FMG would be able to generate over US$2b free cash flow per annum, based on my calculation)
