Solution = JV with VALE + FMG ..+ AGO + GRR + BCI etc ..
CLOSE ..Local IO producers in China ..Reducing Subsidy burden on Chinese GOV
Move local Chinese IO Workforce into Higher paying Less Polluting Industries ..thru Infrastructure Building that joins Cities to Provinces .. Lower Pollution ..Increase Workforce Living /Pay standards
Let Brazil + WA supply dirty Raw Materials to a Cleaner China ...at a Fair Stable Price ..Controlled by the biggest CONSUMER ..China.
China is in Control of IO markets + prices .. they Choose who Wins who Loses .
