I know iron ore price collapsed. FMG spent billions and net profit after tax only $300m. 2015/16 will be lower. $4.4B debt due 2019, it will take 15-20 yrs of saving to repay.
Twiggy still refuse to raise capital and paying dividend. The longer he waits, the lower sp gets. Wake UP!!!
Iron ore price will take much longer to recover than other commodities.
STO is doing exactly the same. Massive debt, refuse to raise capital.
