Seems abundantly clear that FMG will have to continue to dip into loan capital. Operational Cash Flows are not enough to sustain them. Costs are too high and Prices too low. Additionally, their cost reductions has been achieved by Capitalising as many expenses as possible, as well as deferring needed R&M. They are rolling the dice and the needed additional time will most probably not be provided. This is just a Train Wreck that we get to watch in slow motion.
