Pretty much spot on, buy at the low end of the market.
It doesn't matter if IO future is up 10% or down 20%. IO is going to be in hot demand next year. If SP follow the IO future down, I will be buying truck load at cheaper prices.
ST stuff you make pocket money, LT stuff you create wealth.
