Not to show my ignorance the level of debt is part of the calculation and the $1.0b repayment is included is this correct?
I expect that worst case a further $1.0b will be repaid by June with the 2022 $4.78b forming part of this achieving a combined further interest saving of around $55.00m further reducing costs
YTD interest saving by repaying $1.7b = $64.0m
add a further $55.0m = $119.0m annual savings for 2017, even more if they refinance the balance left over for the 2019 $1.976b
Gross debt worst case June 2017 will be $4.0b
Assuming IO price $60.0mt realised $70.0mt 62%) for next 6 months and a further $1.0b debt payment what should sp fair value be?
Confirm that decrease in debt does increase fair value or is it only the associated interest savings that are taken into account?
