I don't think there is any announcement pending. I note commsec has something next to FMG today, but clicking on it just takes me to the last announcement and commsec can be a little tardy in removing them. Last time this happened they'd left announcements hanging around for another company besides FMG.
Unless anyone has a reason - other than commsec - for suspecting an announcement - I doubt there is one.
