For those interested in calculating Cash Flow:
Last Q FMG's realised price was US$48.36, Metal Bulletin's 58% premium last Q was US$49.34, because FMG sell 58.5% and 56.5%, therefore overall it's realised price is US$1 less than Metal Bulletin's 58% premium price.
You can use the following price MINUS US$1 to get estimate realised price. Price dated 20/12/2016.
Current Month Average: US$70.41
Current Q Average: US$60.31
I think you can safely use US$60/dmt for current Q average price, since the rest of the month will be in the US$70s.
Margin will be US$30+/dmt.
