You can make the most bearish, apocalyptic price assumptions imaginable for IO price- and FMG is making a killing
Re- mine life- FMG is the biggest landholder in the Pilbara. Have you seen that map listing their landholdings? It in unbelievable
Yes, of course there is the Capex, and there will be much more capex if they choose to develop some of the landholdings, but the mines lives are good and the cashflow is extremely high
Numbers don't lie. Run some numbers on FMG at current prices, and then keep lowering your price assumption. They keep printing money, even if IO falls off a cliff
