Any useful information gleaned is not illegal, selective disclosure is.
Separate to that, it isn't FMGs rivals who have fallen foul of the regulators on poor disclosure
I've seen no undervaluation other than rcman claiming a mate of his "who knows about such things" thinks FMG is worth $6-7 more per share for paying down a much smaller amount of debt (do the maths on that magic pudding). Hence the magical $13-14 target.
FMG is certainly making cash - it's not about ether FMG survives or not as it must certainly is thriving - it's a question of valuation.
