Shorters
Its not the piddly little retail shorts that you get on this blog that will have an affect it is the big short funds.
Retail investors coming on here and hinting they are shorting the price down are to be scoffed at imo.
There are big funds shorting commodities and companies, multi billion dollar funds.
Similar to what they did to the big four banks.
Some groups of shorters may have an affect but that is breaking the rules to conspire with others to manipulate the SP.
I am not a short and never have been, just watching to see where this is going in the near term.
