If I was in Twiggy's shoes (I wish) I would be uping the dividends. Short of a covert sell out, its the only way he can get his cash out without crashing the SP. Imagine if he dropped even a couple of million shares on the market, the 'loss of confidence' would be woeful.
That and the 'increased divi policy once under 40% gearing' is why I said 24c (I would have gone 22c, but I was too slow)
