Your target is $2, why are you buying now? Say you bought some at $1.70, target $2, ie only $0.30 profit (17%) before fees and tax, but downside risk is against you. Potential net profit only $0.15/share. Why taking that risk?
If my target is $2, I will wait until $0.80, $1.20 potential profit and downside risk is $0.80.
If you buy at $1.70, your target needs to be at least $3 to $4 to justify the downside risk. Those bought at $1.70 today will need to be extremely bully on iron ore.
