What a mess we have because of the greedy people in the world.what really needs to happen is someone needs to lower production,if china is in downturn then adjust production to suit.(this is all self inflicted pain).then theres talk that we dont wont to be involved in a cartel which is so much nonsence.take a look at banks , one cuts rates they all follow, one puts up rates they all follow.and then there petrol station , one puts up petrol by 20 cents then they all follow, so is that a cartel.twiggy might have to cut production.say 10 percent and hopefully rest can follow.
