Google "gross daily short sales" and you'll get a text file on your browser that, at the top, looks like the above.
Note that issued capital is column (b) and reported gross short sales is column (a). The number on the end is percentage of issued capital reported as short sold - its just (a) divided by (b).
So FMG's from the same report is ---- the 0.16 is just the percentage of all issued FMG capital (ie all the total number of shares) divided by the number of shares traded today that were reported as short sold - 5,118,107.
5,118,107 / 3,113,798,151 = 0.00164 or 0.16%
