This is the major reason I fear taking a position as an investment. If it is for a swing trade then this stock has liquidity and opportunities.
I suspect a lot here are holding by looking left and see the rise form 1 buck during GFC to over 7$. It certainly possible IF China whips their mother of all Stimulus No.2 but I suspect they are contented with the current state of the economy.
If FMg did not carry so much debt, I would have taken up an investment position just as I would BHP or RIO. The same apply to STO and the destruction of the valuation is tied in with debt sustainability.
