Yesterday, S & P 500 was near overbought condition as per 14 day RSI - After Yellen's speech, traders have started taking profit, which is why ^DJI is down. We can probably expect more profit taking over the next few days, but fundamentals haven't changed. The sharp falls in FMG prices that were observed in August were due to fears of sharp Chinese devaluation and state of the economy - those fears seem to have subsided.
