I agreed the FMG realised sale price will be around US$40/wmt if Platts 62% price is US$
50/dmt, calculation as follows:
- Spot price US$50/dmt
1. FMG 87% realised price due to grade, being US$50 * 87% = US$43.5/dmt
2. wmt conversion due to moisture, 8.5%, US$43.5/dmt * (1-8.5%) = US$39.8/wmt
My previous post in April, which was correctly calculated and factored in all these parameters.

The Platts 62% break even price of US$39/dmt has already factored in moisture and low grade conversion. So do not need to adjust again.
