I have been saying since earlier this year when BHP was $27.00 and FMG sub $2.00 that BHP should scrip bid FMG. Combine the operations and lower interest costs on debt. Create a 400 million + ton producer. More difficult now but should still be done looking long term over the next 10 years+. It would have to be an attractive bid to secure Twiggy but imagine a BHP with FMG management running IO operations and Twiggy on the board.
