Yes the Philippines has been growing solidly for sometime , going by their power consumption. If you flip over to the EWC thread you'll come across their preso's and news paper article that state the Phillipines are desperate for more power stations to satisfy their growth.
Seems to me the steel from the record amount of IO shipped is finding a home in ASIA.
Just about all of ASIA growing at 5% plus.
