What do you think will happen if the Aud trends lower ?
That will just give BHP, Rio and other low cost producers the ability to drop prices further and compete with vale. It will actually make the situation worst for FMG. It could well drive much of Vales production out of the market and sink FMG.
Iron ore is going to below $30 usd a ton like it or not.
