I think its fair to say that fmg only exists because of poor management from rio and bhp. If they had read the impending demand like forrest did they would have expanded their operations at the right point in time and fmg would not have had the opportunity to fill the gap that they had missed. Now as a consequence every australian will pay the price for their incompetence and arrogance for now trying to take back the market share that they lost in the only way that they can - scorched earth in flooding the market. Why should we all have to pay higher taxes because rio and bhp want to try and play catch up and in the process destroy the value of our primary export resource?
