I just don't understand why the Board hasn't taken a firmer stance with the CEO unless they are complicit in what has been going on! FMG have showcased exemplary discipline towards their debt management, with the likelihood of further debt purchasing at greater discounts. The worse it gets for BHP the more desperate their reaction which will benefit FMG. Even the fool indicates under$10 for BHP see article below.
