$45 to $50 keeps the IO industry shrinking over time since no new developments would start at that price. Roy Hill and S11D will be completed and ramped up since they were commissioned with a price +$100
But sentiment is so weak that $45 to $50 is probably the best we can hope for right now. Still gives FMG a $10 cash margin and trading on 2.5 times free cash flow.
