I must have missed the conversation with euro about this.
I'd be extremely surprised if Roy Hill doesn't try to ramp up to their projected 55mt because I think they would have done financial modelling and would need to achieve close to that to get economies of scale - even if it does drive the price down slightly (there is a big difference between 10mt and 55mt).
The vast majority of the cost of setting up Roy Hill would, I imagine, have already been incurred - running at 1/5 of maximum throughput just can't make sense. Financial modellers would need firing, imo.
