Do you think they have some ability to keep some retained profits to pay down principal capital? They are already struggling with the high cost of debt capital and have to continually rely on prepayments as a form of sustaining cash flow. If FMG is the US Govt then I have every confidence in their perpetuity bond structure but currently their profit generation is very limited. No surprise SP is sold down.
