Put it this way Franky I have worked for all 3 and while I am a believer and holder of FMG, I am confidently honest that FMG will never be in the same class as RIO and BHP. There is a point where efficiency can be capped out but resource quality (and quantity) is a major differentiation in these companies.
And as for the comparison with of C1 costs, it is actually not a standardised comparison. I know as a fact all 3 calculate C1 differently. Trust me when i say creative accounting goes a long way
